关于汇款手续费的问题

客户要订几个样品，总价值是120美金左右，他汇款的时候说手续费要25块钱，相比较120美金，觉得很不核算。
然后发了我一封信，有些地方没看懂，请教一下：
I am pleased to advise that we are ready to place the samples order however since the amount is very nominal USD 115 and the local bank charges for bank transfers is USD 25 which is not very justified according to the total value, thus we request you to either accept credit card or hold this payment and we will pay you along with our final order transfers, rest assured that your money is 100% safe.


他最后一句话没看明白，意思是要么接受信用卡支付，要么跟最后的订单一起付？ 可是订单八字还没一撇呢。

因为手续费25美金太高，所以这次先不付，等到大货订单一起付，
这个就有风险了，你怎么没有收运费， 是到付的吗？

这个小金额的情况，如果是你有PAYPAL经常收款的，就用PAYPAL吧，
如果没有用过PAYPAL的，扣除手续费，你也不划算，
问下西联能不能付？信用卡也要手续费，不知道多少。
